The location was great to be able to easily access Little Cove beach and the National Park, and still be only a short and easy walk to Hastings Street and Noosa main beach. The walk to Little Cove beach had lots of stairs and wasn't easy to access with a pram, you had to take a longer route near the National Park entry. The house was a little tired and old but clean and the living area was spacious. There were great beach accessories for kids, like buckets, spades, beach shelter etc.

The apartment got a little morning sun and the balcony got morning and midday sun but the rest of the apartment was shaded and quite cold, we had to run the heating in the afternoon/evening on a 23 degree day! There were lots of stairs to get up to the apartment, which was a bit inconvenient for kids. The BBQ in the shared area was extremely slow and took far too long to cook our dinner. The garage had a height restriction of 1.95m, which meant our mini van did not fit in. There was free all-day on street parking available, but you had to get in early before the surfers arrived and not move your car during the day or your park would be taken.
