Emplacement près du parc et des commerces ainsi que d’un arrêt de bus. Le lit est très confortable.
Le bruit de la circulation qui est très intense et le manque d’isolation phonique de la maison. On entend tous les bruits du studio situé au premier étage. Il manque une machine à café.
