La simpleza, limpieza y comodidades que proporciona el lugar, igual la cocina.
Las cortinas podrían tapar mejor la luz del día, al igual que a través de la pequeña ventana entra una luz que en la noche puede llegar a ser incómoda

Buena distribución del espacio.
No me generó seguridad (es muy fácil que ingresen por el patio o la ventana). También es lejano, no tiene información de sitios de interés cercanos, le hace falta una limpieza profunda (área de ventilación de baño llena de polvo y de aire acondicionado también, donde inclusive había un cigarrillo usado), parece que llevan vario tiempo limpiándolo de manera superficial. En la comunicación los anfitriones son descuidados (mensajes a destiempo y demora en respuestas a preguntas). No volvería.
