Gulf View Family Retreat with Beach Access

Sandy Clam V is a stunning Gulf-view home in the private, gated community of Audubon Place on Dauphin Island. This newly built 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property offers modern amenities, spacious accommodations for up to 11 guests, and close proximity to the beautifully restored Gulf beaches just 0.1 miles away—a mere 2-minute walk via the community's communal boardwalk.

The open-concept common area is perfect for gathering and relaxation. The living room features a large sectional, armchairs, one sleeper armchair, and a TV, all framed by large glass doors that provide breathtaking views of the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample prep and serving space with an island housing a dishwasher, sink, and microwave. The island doubles as a dining area with four barstools. A pantry adjacent to the refrigerator and a second pantry/laundry closet behind the kitchen add extra convenience. The dining table in the center of the common area comfortably seats eight.

Bedroom Layout:
• SE King Suite: King bed, dresser, private TV, closet, private bathroom with a shower stall, and direct access to the covered Gulf-view porch.
• SW King Suite: King bed, dresser, private TV, closet, private bathroom with a shower stall, and direct access to the covered Gulf-view porch.
• NE King Suite: King bed, dresser, private TV, closet, and private bathroom with a shower stall.
• NW Dorm Room: Queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, dresser, private TV, and direct access to the common bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

The covered Gulf-view porch is accessible from the living room, SE and SW King Suites, or directly via the west-end stairs. The porch features a dining area with seating for six, making it a perfect spot to enjoy meals while taking in the view. Beneath the house, guests will find a grill for outdoor cooking and additional seating.

Audubon Place is a sought-after community, bordering the Audubon Bird Sanctuary and boasting a large beach thanks to recent restoration efforts.

The 2024 beach restoration has restored the beach to its natural beauty, giving you a vast new beach to relax and play on. The beaches and dunes have been restored, but the dune walkovers are still being constructed. Beachgoers are asked to go to the eastern end of the Audubon Place beach to access the beach. Walking over the dunes will result in a fine.

As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
