Its location, its comfort and the excellent relationship with owner. She was extremely helpful! There was everything that one might need for a great visit st the beach! Especially enjoyed the beach chairs, all the beach toys and beach towels! Especially enjoyed the ice maker!😂Every year we do to a different beach and condo! This was hands down the best we have ever visited!

The balcony has a nice view of the ocean. It faces south, so it is protected from the prevailing north winds. I was able to enjoy morning coffee in the December sunshine on the balcony! The turtle decor is super cute. The covered parking is really nice. The appliances in the kitchen are all updated and functional.
I can't think of anything I really didn't like. I would say that this place has nothing to complain about.
