Serenity at Brookes Hill Suites

Check in and check out were seamless with key in a lockbox, great instructions. The room was very close to the venue for our competition (Boardwalk) which made it a very attractive option. Kitchenette is perfectly functional, being able to cook in unit a total win. Security lady at the gate was super friendly. View is straight out to the ocean and aircon works like a dream.

Bathroom needs a little attention; struggled with the basin and noticed a slight leak on the bonding of the glass to the bath, toilet also tends to run if you don't push the handle up. Not significant enough to detract from the accommodation. There is no safe in the room; I thought it a little odd until I realized the room doesnt get serviced. Even knowing that no stranger would be entering the room, I still feel safer knowing i can lock my valuables away (probably my Joburger mentality)

Very good location for a family get away. Property is well equipped with all you will need.

No fault of the property, but the upstairs occupants were noisy, running around that could be heard in our unit.
