The property is good value for money, exactly what you see on the pictures is what you get. Location is great if you’re planning on going to the o2 it’s not too far. The host replied quickly.

The neighbours are quite noisy so if you’re looking for a quiet location it’s not here. Although the property is nice it is quite basic. It’s the middle of the summer and the apartment gets really hot, there was no fan in the property. When I requested a fan I was told a bad guest stole the last fan and the host was not in the city, which is a shame because I don’t think future guest should have to suffer for 1 bad guest.

The bed is super comfy and the bathroom was clean.

It had a bad odour that wouldn’t go away even with opening the windows all day and the door slots were difficult to open.

location is great fir the o2 and central woolwich.

small issue with Internet. hot water. bath plug missing. fridge too cold.

Location was quite good. 10 minute walk to Woolwich ferry one way, 40 minute walk to O2 the other way, all along the river. Private parking. Very quiet.

Nobody to meet me at the stated arrival time. Phone number given not replying. Used messaging to get in touch. sent a picture of a car which I eventually found with the keys tucked under the bonnet. Key was very fiddly but got into the property which was clean and as described, although 'Luxury' might be pushing it a bit. Turned on TV. No channels, not even terrestrial ones and no streaming services. No worries I had my iPad, but had to message again to get the WiFi password. Went out to explore the area. Not many shops nearby. Got back and decided to make a sandwich with some food I had brought. No regular knives in the drawer just a sharp looking one that was so blunt it would not cut custard. Been a long day so decided to shower and go to bed. No hot water. Had a 'Whore's bath' using hot water from the kettle. Realised that I had to turn on the immersion heater. Overall not a bad place and all of the above problems (apart from the TV and the knives) are easily solved with better communication. All it needs is a short welcome guide with some basic instructions.
