Decoração do quarto e do espaço comum do alojamento Conforto da cama e almofadas Localização do alojamento muito próximo do centro
Contacto com o alojamento era muito impessoal. Nem um bom dia, nem um obrigada. Começava a mensagem com o meu nome, seguida das informações/instruções. Não gostei da varanda do quarto, completamente diferente da que aparecia na foto (umas cadeiras vermelhas muito estragadas) e com acesso a outras pessoas (o que implicou que não deixei a varanda aberta à noite)

Estar no coração de Leiria e mesmo assim ser sossegado. Ter varanda virada a nascente. Prédio tradicional com escada em mármore e que mantém porta original do prédio. Apenas o último andar do prédio é ocupado com o alojamento local, havendo habitação de pessoas locais em outros andares.
Falta-lhe mesa na varanda, não simpatizei ficar com a chávena do café na mão.

The room had a nice view, bed was comfortable, was clean and tidy.
Hostile check in staff (required cleaner to help because the staff for check in were not helpful), complicated check in, inaccessible for many, front door to building was busted open and looked untidy and shady, three flights of narrow stairs made it inaccessible for someone with a knee injury - stairs were mentioned but there should have been more of an indication of what they meant, either incorrect room given or photos didn’t match picture when booked, only a single flat pillow provided.
