Modern Kiama Tiny House - A unique coastal escape

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is centrally located and was warm and cozy.

The property is in somebody’s backyard, which is not what is implied on the Booking.com website. There are three houses which potentially could see into the property, so we kept our blinds pulled all the time we were there. The TV is an Internet only TV; there is no free to air stations. The skylight was padlocked, so we couldn’t open it. The shower nozzle kept falling down.

The place was cozy and well maintained. The owners are very thoughtful too - with the hand written letter and free bottle of wine. The place also has a cute neighbor (doggy) named Ducky, he was very accommodating, giving us kisses, wags and letting us pet him.

It was a nice size for the 2 of us

How close it was to the owners house, we weren’t aware it was in the backyard of someone’s house but apart from that it was great and the owners were really beautiful welcoming

It was immediately clear how much effort and love Meg and Adri had put into the Tiny Home to make the guests feel welcomed and relaxed during their stay both in the home and in Kiama. We were greeted with a personalised welcome sign and a bottle of a Grant Burge Merlot (how did they know that's my favourite?), and some chocolates (my partner loved those!). Not only that, they had provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay in their home and an extensive list of things to see, things to do, and places to eat at during our stay (both rainy and sunny options included!). Everything we required was already provided and included to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything and could enjoy our retreat completely. It was exactly what we needed. Meg and Adri were both friendly and approachable, and responded to our questions promptly. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
