The apartment is good and clean and also the facilities.
The apartment is not suitable for four people or a family of four. I think it is only good for a couple. It is very far from the city center and public transportation.

A very nice small apartment in Damac Hills area of Dubai.
The apartment had everything required for a 2 person stay and great views across Trump Golf course. The bed was very comfortable and very little noise allowed good night's sleep.
Very clean throughout and good communication with owner.
Under cover car parking with dedicated space.
Will definitely stay again next time in Dubai.
Nothing.
For some it might feel a bit far out but it has easy access to all major roads.
