Das Haus ist gut isoliert. Man hört keine Nachbarn und keinen Verkehrslärm bei geschlossenen Fenster. Die Wohnung ist an einer guten Lage, zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Altstadt.
Die Küchenausstattung dürfte besser sein. Vielleicht eine grössere Bialetti moka oder gar eine Kapselmaschine. Backpapier für den Ofen haben wir vermisst so wie auch Küchenputztücher

Mi è piaciuto tutto, l'appartamento è davvero grazioso, ben arredato, gli spazi sfruttati bene...accogliente e dotato di tutto. Letto e cuscini comodi, cosa assolutamente non scontata...anzi. Pulito e con un gran bel terrazzo in una posizione molto buona della città. Anche il proprietario, Francesco, una persona cordiale e disponibile davvero. Grazie Francesco!

Casa perfetta in ogni ambiente. La cucina è ben fornita e dotata di ogni accessorio necessario per passare qualche giorno. Gli ambienti sono grandi e spaziose ed il bagno è ampio e spazioso. Ogni dettaglio della casa è studiato per soddisfare le esigenze quotidiane. Il posteggio privato è un valore aggiunto.
