The property was in good location, and comfortable.
We contacted the person whose name was listed for an issue that we had and we never saw him.
We messaged him, and was advised he will arrive by a certain time and we didn’t see him. Water was coming though the drain an our clothes and some of the inside got wet.
Also I didn’t understand why we had to pay by transfer to him not via booking.com
He messaged me claiming the payment and I advised that we will do it when he came but we never saw him.
He was rude towards the end.
