L'appartement est moderne, les lits sont confortables et enfin l'appartement est propre. Nous avons pu arriver au milieu de la nuit sans difficulté.
Nous aurions apprécié des draps dans les lits. Je ne suis pas certaine que les couvertures soient nettoyées après chaque client.

O lugar é fantástico. Ficamos no último andar, com uma bela vista. O apartamento é espaçoso, organizado, limpo e bem equipado. Serve bem tanto a quem está viajando a lazer como àqueles que viajam a negócios. Há várias coisas nas imediações, como farmácia, um pequeno shopping e supermercado. E, pelo menos no último andar, é muito tranquilo, sem barulho nenhum. Ótimo para dormir.
A única coisa que podia melhorar é o atendimento via WhatsApp, que funcionou, mas falta cordialidade (exceto nas mensagens pré-definidas). Não custa nada responder um "bom dia" com outro "bom dia". Ou, em vez de um seco "Avise quando fizer o cadastro.", acrescentar um "por favor" em algum lugar da frase. É coisa pouca, mas faz diferença.
