Sundial N203 - Stunning Residence with Den and Private Cabana at Sundial Sanibel

The location and the apartment was wonderful, very clean. Very spacious, loved how close its to the beach, we will definitely be back and we will love to book this same apartment.

The only 1 thing I didn't like is there was no pool, tried to go to the resort and they said 1 day pass was not an option, they're pool was so crowded

I liked that we had our own designated parking space. Walking in, the apartment is beautiful but we had issues which I'll address in the "What you didn't like" section.

We were very disappointed to arrive and find out that their pool is under construction. We were told we could purchase day passes at a near by pool for $75 per person per day! There was nothing on Booking.com website saying that the pool was closed at this located and it was still listed under the amenities. One of the reasons we chose this location was because of the pool. Our view from our balcony was the "under construction pool" which honestly was an eye sore and not the view I wanted or expected on this trip considering the amount of money we paid. A few fixtures in the apartment were broken (drawer handles, shower handle.) The shower in the hallway didn't work properly because the cold side didn't work at all. Our children complained that the water kept burning them and we couldn't use that shower at all. The beds, while they looked great, were very firm. It felt like we were sleeping on the ground. They were not comfortable at all.
