Localização. Refeições bem perto e próximo ao evento onde eu me encontrava, além de estacionamento incluso na diária.
Cheiro forte nos corredores e demora na recepção e estacionamento. Esse último extremamente desorganizado.

Localização muito boa e a fato de ter limpeza diária no quarto é um ponto positivo.
De um modo geral tudo no flat é velho. O ar condicionado é antigo e barulhento, banheiro é antigo com pontos de oxidação nas loucas, utensílios de cozinha são muito velhos e com sinais de desgaste.
