The property was clean and exactly like the pictures. The caretaker was polite and helpful. He came whenever we called him for support and let us enjoy ourselves when we didn't need him. All in all, a great stay.

Overall, a really nice place—well-lit, comfy beds, good amenities, and set in a calm residential area.

The property did not offer free cancellation as stated on Booking.com. A few days before our stay, we were asked to pay 50% in advance to confirm the booking, with the threat of cancellation if we didn’t comply. We also received several inconvenient messages from the company regarding additional charges for using the kitchen, as well as extra fees for visitors, which was quite frustrating. The caretaker was a good and polite person; however, he had to use the same kitchen as the guests, which felt like an invasion of privacy. While he always asked respectfully before using it, the company should ideally provide a separate kitchen for the caretaker to avoid such situations.
