Being a new building, everything was new and it had all the facilities.
The only thing I would change is removing the perfume dispenser. It did a lot of noise and contaminate the room with perfume/air freshener. I ended up hiding it inside a cupboard, though I could see hear it working in the night. I should I have switched it off. My fault.

Квартира находится в недостроенном здании. В подъезде едкий запах бетона, повсюду торчат провода. Если вы остаетесь в будни - будьте готовы что проснетесь утром под звуки отбойника. Вид из окна квартиры - на стройку
