VV - Chalés Refúgio Praia Grande SC

Local muito tranquilo, de natureza exuberante. Fica próximo de um cânion. O chalé que ficamos estava bem limpo. Possui uma bonita vista do vale e você estaciona seu veículo ao lado. A propriedade fica defronte a uma estradinha que atravesa o rio de pedras de seixo rolado, que você pode atravessar a pé. Esse rio provavelmente vem descendo do interior do cânion. O atendimento de check-in e check-out foi via WhatsApp. A localização é bem fácil de chegar e a estrada é asfaltada até próximo, você anda somente uns 400 metros de estrada de saibro. O chalé está equipado com uma cozinha do tipo para kitnets, para o preparo de cafés, lanches e refeições mais práticas.

Os caminhos dentro da propriedade são de pedras e estavam um pouco esburacados.

The location, the property is beautiful, chalé is new and functional, jacuzzi was nice even thought with no instruction how to use, a person came to help us to hit it when we asked, breakfast was good and served in the chalé at the time we asked for it

We arrived late, there was self check in with unclear instructions how to find chalé, we were told the number of the chalé but there was no sign with the number and the houses were spread around the property, so we had to wander around for like 40 min at night, we tried to message and call with no success, in the end by trying to use the tag key for all the chalés and waking up some of the other guests, we found ours. Then we spent like 20 minutes figuring out how to switch off the light, didn’t figure out, went to bed with the light on and realized it was automatic based on the movements (was not mentioned in any moment). Then this light was automatically switching on several times during the night when you move in the bed because it reacts on the movement… There were birds/ buts nests on the roof and the beds are exactly under the roof so you can hear half of the nights how the animals are moving around that makes it difficult to sleep. Additionally to that we asked to leave our bags at the last day and found out that this basic service is not provided neither.

Amamos ficar hospedados no chalé q escolhemos , foi muito aconchegante.

O terreno é muito bonito, ao pé do morro , com vegetação e com uma bonita vista do nascer do sol.

Cabana muito pouco confortável pelo preço cobrado. Chuveiro joga a maior parte da água na parede, cama desconfortável parecendo colchão de mola antigo e deveria ser feita uma geral na limpeza para retirada das teias de aranha nas luminárias. A iluminação tem uma lâmpada de cada cor dentro da cabana , sem qualquer iluminação indireta ou abajures. Por fim, existe uma janela alta acima da porta da cabana que não possui qualquer persiana ou cortina, obrigando o hóspede a acordar com o clarear do dia , pois as 7:00 da manhã o sol pegava diretamente na cama. O café da manhã também é um pouco fraco pois vinha leite apenas em pó em uma cesta pronta.
