This is a really exceptional villa in a beautiful part of Italy. We were a family of 14 staying end of July 2026. There was a huge amount of room for us all and the swimming pool and surrounding facilities were excellent. Also the table tennis was an added bonus for the children.
The Villa is air conditioned in all the rooms which was really vital this year.
My own family stayed in the Trulli which is beside the main house, it is a lovely accommodation .
Martino were very friendly and answered all our questions, kept the pool very clean and bought us some new equipment when we asked.
The Villa is a 10 minute drive from Martina Franca which is a beautiful town but you will need a car to travel around as it is too dangerous to walk and there is no public transport. One night we went for dinner in the vineyards at Trulli il Castagno. A wonderful setting and highly recommended.
Overall if you are a large group traveling to Puglia looking for a great place to stay I would 100% recommend this property and its owners.
Our only call out would be the outdoor cooking facilities. If you are cooking for a large group it has to be done in the small kitchen on the balcony and that means a lot of walking of plates and food up and down steps. The outdoor BBQ is very small and not big enough to cater for a large group. However this is just a small matter as the food in local towns is excellent also.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa del Sole! What a villa, set on huge grounds, plenty of sun beds and seating areas dotted around. The amenties were excellent, with a main kitchen and two smaller kitchens, perfect for a large group. Plenty of parking space, you would need a car coming here. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend any group staying here.
More of an FYI for future guests. One twin room internally doesn't have aircon, but you are supplied with a portable fan.
There is a cat who "lives" at the villa, outside.

Villa stupenda e spaziosa, ideale per famiglie numerose. La piscina è davvero grande e c'è anche un campo da calcio. Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della zona
