O chuveiro é bom, a cozinha tem equipamentos utilitários úteis. Os funcionários do prédio são amigáveis. Tem todo tipo de estabelecimebto em volta (supermercado, farmácia, bares, restaurantes, academia).
O apartamento é antigo e precisa de reforma para deixar mais moderno, aconchegante e confortável. A janela do quarto não diminui nenhum tipo de som vindo da rua. Estacionamento é um problema gigantesco. Não tem lugar para estacionar na rua (e nem é seguro) e os estacionamentos ao redor cobram 120 reais a diária. Fiquei 1h procurando vaga quando cheguei.
