La ubicación.
El apartamento necesita una reforma y una buena limpieza. Las fotos aparentan más de lo que es. Hacía frío, la calefacción no estaba puesta. Cada habitación tiene un tipo de luz, que no hace que sea acogedor. Faltaban toallas de mano. No había enchufes cerca de la mesita de noche, ni lámparas de noche. Cables por el suelo del salón. Faltan espejos en las habitaciones (en las fotos sí hay pero la realidad es que no). No había tostador (solo una sartén), lo que es imprescindible para los desayunos que se supone que se hacen al coger un apartamento. No hay una mesa con sillas para comer o cenar a gusto, solo una barra en la cocina son 3 banquetas y una mesa baja y demasiado pequeña en el sofá. Además el olor que desprenden las tuberías del baño.
