location is perfect to reach few of the highlights that the Dolomites can offer. Parking space and rooms facilities are a plus

The extra charges for cleaning and towels was a bit odd for us. This should have been included in the room price rather than being put as an extra charge to make the property looks cheaper!

great stay in Val di Fassa

easy to find house at the main street, 5 minutes walk to the centre and shops but still with amazing views to the hills, comfortable apartment on the 1st floor. the host waited for us to give us the keys, we received a lot of info what to do &see

it would be good to add curtains in bedrooms as the sun was waking us up, some shelf for cosmetics in the shower, 9 am for check out is a bit too early

L’appartamento è carino ma……….

La posizione, i letti

C’era un rumore quasi continuo che a volte era possibile sentirlo anche di notte, sembrava il rumore di una centrifuga ma durava ore. Avevamo richiesto la postazione comoda per ricovera 2 e-bike, ci è stato proposto un seminterrato con scala scivolosa. Ne lasciavamo 1 nell’ ingresso e 1 il primo piano nell’ appartamento. La difficoltà era data dal peso delle biciclette elettriche. Appartamento non adatto a chi ha difficoltà a prendere sonno anche perché nelle camere le luci sul soffitto non si spengono al 100/100 c’è sempre una luce soffusa.

Cesa Carlotta è comodissima per visitare le aree circostanti. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben tenuto. Strategico il terrazzino

Per i prossimi clienti, si potrebbe prevedere qualche utensile da cucina in più. In ogni caso, un'ottima sistemazione

dobra baza na wypad narciarski

Bardzo blisko (3-4 min.) na piechotę od kolejki na Col Rodella, spokojnie pomimo sąsiedztwa głównej drogi (okna od drugiej strony z widokiem na góry i kolejkę linową). Duży balkon. 1. piętro, czysto, odnowione, przestronne wnętrze. 2 oddzielne, wygodne sypialnie (z łóżkami podwójnymi)+salon z sofą + osobno kuchnia + 1 łazienka. Wyposażenie podstawowe, ale zawierające m.in. pralkę i zmywarkę (za to bez mikrofali). Parking ogólnodostępny przed domem - zazwyczaj jest miejsce. 5-7min. na piechotę do centrum i miejscowego supermarketu, piekarni itd. Odbiór kluczy bez-problemowy i bez-osobowy (jasna instrukcja na WhatsApp). Dobry kontakt zdalny z gospodarzem.

Brak narciarni i miejsca na suszenie butów. Można ewentualnie wynająć szafkę (+wypożyczalnia nart) w podziemiach kolejki linowej. I włoska zgroza kuchenna - ta włoska kawiarka (la moka) mimo, że opisana jako zdatna do indukcji nie działała na płycie indukcyjnej i jeszcze do tego była "jednoosobowa" - trzeba było kombinować albo pluć fusami ;) Nie lubię dodatkowych opłat gotówkowych za pościel i ręczniki - dużo wygodniej jak to jest już wliczone w cenę wynajmu. Dość daleko do wyrzucania śmieci i zaledwie po 1 woreczku na każdą frakcję.
