Quiet location, but very near a shopping mall, restaurants and other important utilities. Great and friendly staff. Quickly addressed the internet, when I raised the issue.
Mosquitoes we are concern on day one, before I learned how to manage them.

Proximity to the beach, town and museum is great. Comfortable. Very quiet.
Bedroom fan isn't as good as in the living, hard to sleep in the bedroom. Slept in the living room.

The place is quite spacious and well maintained. I checked in late and the host ensured that I was waited for and checked in.
The sockets are very strange, there was only one adapter and it wasn't working, so I couldn't use the sockets in the bedroom
