Friendly support from Terrence getting into apartment close to the places we wanted to go
Nice pool area
The fridge is unbalanced so it would be good to stabilise it so it doesn’t wobble when opening the door, the main bedroom door could use a coat of paint
It appears a bit dirty because you can see through the one coat that is on it

Bed was comfy and location was good!
Broken door frames and skerting boards
Not enough towels asked for an extra as there was 4 of us and we were supplied with 3. Was told house keeping will give us and extra on first day didn’t get it…
NON refundable $62 to fix damages before our stay?? or pay $400 refundable absolute joke
Door to outside area is busted doesn’t close
Aircon doesn’t stay on once lights are turned out… no instructions? fabulous on a 36 degree day
Water pressure is trash and doesn’t keep temp but good size shower though.
Pool and spa facilities are great
