Charming Midtown Studio with Free Parking

Could be difficult to park if having the car. With motorcycle I had no problems

Great value. The apt was clean, safe, quiet and very well-equipped.

Parking inside the property was blocked by 2 people who didnt know how to park a vehicle. Had to park on street. Address not marked where you can see it at night, so it was hard to find the exact location.

Good location, nice quiet street. Host responds quickly. Good shower and bathroom. Smart TV works well, wifi reliable and fast.

Microwave did not work. Apartment had a bad smell the whole time (mixture of cigarette smoke/wet dog) that did not dissipate. Informed the host of these issues and was told it would be looked in to, but did not hear anything further. Kitchen is so poorly stocked it is essentially unusable. One comically small pot, three forks, two spoons and one knife, some plates and bowls. No chopping board, frypan, baking trays, or anything to actually cook with. No sponge or tea towel to wash and dry dishes. There is an assortment of pot lids so unsure if pots have broken/been taken by previous guests. Check in not until 5, and early check in (1-2 hours early) is $25-35USD.
