The property was open airy, nice layout and modern.
Shower door does not close completely, flooding the bathroom floor at every bath.
The service was poor.
Electricity went off on the 2nd day and we had to ask if we must load units, no prior info given as to what to do if the power goes out. No explanation on where the garage remote is, we were using it manually until we asked.
It is advertised with cleaning detergents but all the bottles are close to empty, we had to buy all our own.
We were 4 guests and they only left 3 towels at top up, I messaged the lady, she just never bothered to respond or bring towels.
The microwave malfunctioned, I notified them at 11am, she only bothered to respond at 5:30pm stating that maintenance people are still on leave.
The first few days they are very responsive and attentive but it goes down hill from there.
