The location of the property is near the beach, restaurants, and public parking. The management company promptly replied to my concerns even on the weekend.
The front door sticks open in the early morning. There are several new homes being built around the property, so there was construction noise as early as 8 am during the work week. I also didn’t like being surprised with a $1000 credit card charge (all but $20 may be reimbursed) to pay for damages or a $150 damage waiver. This should have been disclosed as a fee.
