Very well equipped! Located near the Center , to the Beach about 15 min. Including the Garage was very pleasant ! The terrace was very convenient!
The only very little thing : the air condition worked , but was not possible to rule very well , also not possible to put away the humidity , sometimes the floor in the bathroom was very wet!

The host was kind enough to wait for us when we were running behind due to traffic. He explained all of the features of the apartment quite well.
The place is in a perfect location, and is very comfortable and everything worked pretty well. The WiFi was good enough for me to get work done and even have a video meeting.
Beds were very comfortable and the washing machine is great.
You are literally at the edge of the old town walking district with food and drink very near by.
It was a 15 minute walk to our beach establishment (if you know how to cut through at the train station.) Which is good because parking at the beach can be bad.
For the grocery stores you will probably want to have a car, but you need one in the Marche anyway.
These are not negatives, but rather for information purposes.
When they tell you the garage is the 3rd on the left, that is exactly what they mean. It is manual, so not motorized. The garage is best suited to a smaller car. We had a Leone station wagon and it BARELY fit.
Be sure to crack the windows properly when you shower or use the big tub. Otherwise the place gets very wet.
The upstairs AC is not as good as the lower level.
The stairs to the upstairs bedroom might be challenging for some or not good for really small children. The 7 and 9 year olds with us had no issue.

Ottima posizione, palazzo ristrutturato a nuovo, bellissimo arredamento super attrezzato ed accogliente con una stupenda terrazza. Box compreso. A due passi letteralmente da ogni confort: spiaggia, ristoranti, negozi, centro città! consiglio il mercatino dei pescatori ( pescato giornaliero) 5 min a piedi . 😍
