The room is big and clean. Bed are comfy and new. Appliances are new too. Washer and dryer in the room are very useful. About 10 mins walk to tram station at Nerang. There are few fast food restaurants nearby. Ramen resturant and Korean BBq restaurant are good too. Highly recommend place to stay.
When shower, water will flow out of the cubicle and wet the floor. The shower door need to have a rubber seal.

The location of the property was convenient and the music component was nice
The lock box at a different location to the hotel was not ideal
For the price I would of thought cleaning would be included too
