Amazing view of the sea and Teide, nice quiet place. Excellent communication with the owner, clear instructions. Nearby is a very nice natural beach with black sand and a beautiful natural swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen, induction hob and oven. Two TVs, for 4 people max, ideal 2-3. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Functional wifi. In the basement of the house there is a good bar with a view of Teide. Beautiful walks in the area in both directions. Beautiful sunsets

A car is needed, there is no shop here. There is a very weak mobile phone signal here. There is some noise from the waves, but it's ok with the window closed.

Noisy because of ocean. Not clean enough. Rather cold in apartment. Need a car to access.

The view is beautiful. In calmer weather, the sound of the ocean would likely be very pleasant, although during our stay it was quite intense due to the storm. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was convenient. We were welcomed with a complimentary beer, and the kitchen was well equipped, including basics like spices and olive oil.

The location is quite remote, with nothing nearby except the beach within a 15-minute distance. It also has no cellular coverage whatsoever, which makes communication difficult. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and should be completed in advance before arrival. Although the property did try to contact me via the booking app, I did not receive any notifications and missed their message. No clear information was provided beforehand, as they required passport details first. While I was waiting to check in with a weak internet connection, support refused to send instructions until I uploaded the documents, which was difficult due to the poor connectivity. There was little flexibility or understanding shown in this situation. When I eventually received the locker code, it turned out to be incorrect, and I had to drive several minutes up the cliff to get Wi-Fi and contact support again. Support is only available until 10 PM, which can make it difficult to resolve issues if you arrive later. The windows are not well insulated and let in a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep. During the storm, it was noticeably windy inside, with air whistling under the doors. The doors also rattle significantly due to poor sealing. The shower drain was clogged, and it would overflow during use, so I had to clean and dry the bathroom floor every day.
