I had driven from Ft Lauderdale, Fl. and arrived at the property a little past 10 pm. The person in the office didn't speak English and through a translator, advised me that the office is closed and no one was there to check me in, and to return in the morning. When I spoke with the clerk and explained the situation, she told me the office hours are on the website in a condescending tone. I didn't book the room on their website so was not aware of their office hours. When I attempted to leave the key for checkout, per their agreement, I called the number given for security. I was told to go to room ***to leave the key. When I knocked on the door to room ***, a guest answered the door. I walked around the building and couldn't find the security person. So I had to return to the room and leave the key so as not to incur further charges. They have a strict no refund policy, so I had to absorb the costs for the night I didn't stay at the property. I was quite dissatisfied.
