Facility good. Information, administration, service unacceptable.
Things were as stated in the advertisement.
Routins for check in, check out and ensuring the clients experience during the stay were unacceptable. We got no information about how to check in, where to throw trash and how to check out. When we contacted the property owners all they said was “we have sent it” and they resorted to contacting us via non-official channels to explain how to get into the property. There was at no point any interest to make sure we had info about trash-throwing or check-out routines. Worse still was that the check-un instructions were incomplete. The owners idea was for us to figure out for our selves which of 54 apartment doors on 3 different floors was ours. We also got the wrong keys and the owner went out of his way to come back to us after we finally (after some drama) had received correct keys, to tell us that he thought it was our fault that we had received the wrong keys! Only after photo proof that we had followed the instructions we had to ask them to receive did he accept that it was not our fault for getting the wrong keys.

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Facilità nel check-in. Una buona posizione per raggiungere luoghi d’interesse (skyway monte bianco ed impianti sciistici, terme pre saint didier, cantina cave mont blanc).
Termosifoni spenti e casa fredda al nostro arrivo, ma il problema è stato prontamente risolto chiamando l’assistenza

Niestety ale pokój bardzo, bardzo mały, po rozłożeniu łóżka nie zostaje nawet przejście do łazienki. W szafach znajdowała się jakaś dodatkowa pościel/poduszki. Aby się zmieścić w szafkach musieliśmy upychać dodatkowe pościele na górze szafek, co na końcówce pobytu uwidoczniło jak było tam brudno Podsumowując nocleg MAX dla 2 dwóch osób. Nie wyobrażam sobie większej ilości ilości osób w tym pokoju. Pokój sprzątnięty bardzo pobieżnie.

L’accesso alla struttura come viene presentato potrebbe sembrare molto complicato, in realtà è tutto molto semplice
Appartamento ben organizzato e arredamento praticamente nuovo e di qualità. Attrezzato alla perfezione con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Armadiature ampie e ben disegnate ottime anche per un soggiorno di più giorni. Dehors Ampio e ben protetto sia dal vento che da sguardi indiscreti. Silenzio e tranquillità assoluta sia di giorno che di notte. Giardino condominiale e parcheggio interno. A meno di cinque minuti a piedi dal centro paese per strade pedonali. Host molto disponibile e facilmente contattabile.
Purtroppo la privacy del Dehors impedisce di avere il panorama sulle montagne. Mancano luci di lettura sul letto

Tutto nuovo, confortevole e attrezzatissimo. Qualità molto alta, piccolo giardino e parcheggio privato. Consigliatissimo
Appartamento veramente confortevole appena ristrutturato completamente con molto gusto. È tutto nuovissimo e attrezzato con standard qualitativamente molto alti. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio privato. Consigliatissimo! Ritorneremo!
