8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The apartment was tidy, big enough and clean. I like that they kept facilities such as an Iron and Ironing board, which was appropriate and ideal. I didn't really meet the staff, but all my queries were answered through WhatsApp. Close to underground stations.
I'm not used to shared toilet and shower facilities, but that was already mentioned when booking. Also, parking was free as I required it on the weekend, but I'd struggle had I stayed during weekdays.

Good location, easy access to train and airport. Clean facilities, clear communication for check in.
No water, coffee etc in the room.

The property is well connected with public transport. Host is friendly. The room is ok, but extremely basic.
Property on a noisy road I heard the traffic at night. Dirty carpet on shared areas. Plug socket away from the bed, and there is not enough of them.

Straightforward key pickup and a private room
This is a basic residential house converted into an HMO rather than a hotel, with no reception staff on site. The room itself is very plain—just a bed, no TV, and a shared bathroom. At around £50 per night, it feels overpriced for such minimal facilities.
