Mountain Glamour apartment

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything we needed. The bathroom and bedrooms were also clean and in good condition. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. A microwave would be very useful and, in my opinion, is an essential appliance that is currently missing. The sofa had some stains and did not look very clean. The blanket on the sofa also seemed not to have been washed or replaced for quite some time and had an unpleasant smell. Another issue is the short access road leading up to the accommodation. The surface is damaged and consists mainly of loose soil, gravel and stones, which makes it inconvenient both for driving and walking. Since this section is only about 10 metres long, I think it would be well worth improving the road. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with these few improvements the accommodation would be even better. The management should also pay more attention to communication with guests. It was very difficult to get help or information when needed, as phone calls were often not answered and messages received no response. Better communication and a more cooperative attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Szép környék, szép belső kialakítás, igényes bútorok, tágas, világos szobák, tágas apartman, parkolási lehetőség.

Egy Mikróhullámú sütő jó lenne. A TV elvileg tudná a NETFLIX-et de a távirányítóval volt valami gondja a fiamnak, így nem tudtuk beállítani... Ezt leszámítva nincs más.

Нам очень понравилось, что в апартаментах было очень чисто и уютно. Было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Матрасы были очень удобные, благодаря чему хорошо спалось. В ванной комнате был тёплый пол, что было большим плюсом, особенно в более холодные дни. Также в самой квартире было очень тепло, и температуру можно было легко регулировать. Апартаменты были хорошо оборудованы и полностью оправдали наши ожидания. Мы определённо рекомендуем это место.

Минусом было то, что не было возможности заселиться раньше — нам пришлось ждать до 16:00. Большим плюсом была бы возможность более раннего заселения. Также зимой могут возникнуть проблемы с парковкой для низких машин.
