Clean and nice

Behövdes en skarpare osthyvel, ett rivjärn, fräschare skärbräda och ett decilitermått. Vi fick aldrig igång TV, hade varit önskvärt med en instruktion till den. Informationslappen ovanför diskbänken och den på ytterdörren var oskarpa (blekta) uppdatera dessa vore tacknämligt och få gärna även på svenska. Madrasserna kändes uttjänta dvs gropiga. Fanns ett trasigt prydnadsföremål i städskåpet. När vi kom till lägenheten stod lägenhetsdörren på glänt … kändes märkligt.

We stayed for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The studio is very nice, modern, and very well located in Barkby, close to shops, transportation, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself is modern and smart, and the apartment was nicely furnished and cozy. We also appreciated that a crib was available in the apartment, which was excellent for our 4-year-old child, especially since the main bed is not very large. This was a thoughtful and helpful addition for families traveling with children.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant concern during our stay. Several kitchen utensils, including spoons, cooking tools, and frying pans, were not properly cleaned and still had food residue on them while stored inside the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from one of the upper cabinets. After investigating, we discovered that the milk frother had old milk left inside it. The smell was extremely strong and it took nearly two days to fully get rid of it. Another issue was the lack of cleaning service during the entire 4-night stay. Furthermore, the checkout process required guests to complete a long list of cleaning tasks themselves, including removing bed sheets, cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes, and tidying the apartment. This was quite difficult and exhausting for us, especially while traveling with a small child. What was particularly disappointing was the communication regarding our late checkout request. Since our flight was at 10 PM, we politely contacted the owner to ask if a late checkout would be possible. Unfortunately, we never received any response at all. We therefore checked out on time, but spending many extra hours outside with a young child before a late-night flight was quite challenging.

Nieuw appartement. Mooie binnentuin. Goede locatie voor bezoek aan Stockholm. Fietsenstalling aanwezig, na veel zoeken naar de ingang.

Het appartement was ronduit vies. De host hierover een bericht gestuurd maar geen enkele respons gekregen. Het parkeergeld moet eerst worden voorgeschoten. Achteraf declarabel bij de host. Let goed op waar je wel en niet mag parkeren (bepaalde dagen alleen laden en lossen). Het linnengoed voor het bed moet je zelf uit de wasmachine halen. Geen idee of het dan gewassen is of niet. We hebben eigen linnengoed gebruikt.
