Wonderful service overshadowed by neglectful ownership. I cannot praise the staff enough; they were highly accommodating and worked hard to resolve all of our concerns. The deterrent factor for this property is the ownership. They fail to take action on even the most basic repairs and maintenance. Highlights: - great shower! Adequate water pressure and temperature control and sufficient hot water. - good bed: good mattress, pillows and bed linnen - quiet room - overall very clean - again: STAFF!!!

- Internet (wifi) was a nightmare. The wifi router needed a constant reset as after a few hours of use, it would simply stop working. Even though it was right opposite the room, signal in the room was very weak and would continuously disconnect. When working it was painfully slow at times. Very likely the issue is that the router is a very old device. Simply buying a new one would very likely fix the issues. - AC barely cool the room! They offered me 2 other rooms but all AC’s had the same issue. I firmly believe they are bricked by the property to a fixed temperature but this is just my assumption. If not then property needs to service the AC’s. I managed as the staff offered me a fan. I can relate that for local tourists this is acceptable but it is misleading for other guests as an AC should have a normal cooling function of the room, especially if you select the lowest option 16degrees but it can barely cool a fraction below the outside hallway temperature. - The bathroom sink drainage pipe was broken so the sink water would flow directly onto the bathroom floor. Not really an issue as it’s also the shower floor but if you think to take advantage of a dry bathroom floor to brush your teeth and use the toilet, then don’t use the sink! Again easy fix by property management.

Ke penginapan utk transit menunggu jadwal kereta dr jam 8 - 12 malam, dilayani dng baik sama bpk penjaganya yg ramah & informatif. Dpt harga 170an, check in cepat, ac lumayan dingin, kmr mandi air panas lancar, ada sabun shampo handuk, cukup bersih, ada dispenser kopi teh di depan kamar, sptnya ada dapur bersama.

Tdk ada tv, tdk ada jendela sirkulasi udara. Tp tdk terlalu jd masalah buat saya
