Apartman Casa Di Anna

An exceptional apartment, and an even more exceptional host. ❤️ I genuinely wish I could give this place more than 10/10. We stayed at Casa Di Anna for six nights, and I can confidently say that in all my travels, I have rarely experienced hospitality like this. The apartment itself is wonderful: beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, an excellent location and a lovely enclosed private patio. We were travelling with our little dog, and the patio was absolutely perfect for him. But what makes this place truly extraordinary is the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with food, drinks, coffee, snacks and everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms had an incredible selection of toiletries, there were plenty of fresh towels, and even hair styling equipment, an iron and a steamer. Our dog had his own welcome area with bowls, food, treats, toys and a blanket! It genuinely felt as though we were visiting family rather than staying in rented accommodation. And then there is Mirela. ❤️ I had booked the apartment for my recovery after surgery, something Mirela didn’t even know about until we arrived. From that moment, she showed such genuine kindness and concern. She checked on my recovery, offered to prepare homemade soup and repeatedly made sure we had everything we needed, all while being incredibly considerate of our privacy. When we checked out, she came to say goodbye with warm hugs and the most thoughtful gifts, including a personalized handmade olive-wood heart with a beautiful message. I was genuinely touched. As someone who also works in hospitality, I know how much effort goes into making guests feel comfortable. But what Mirela offers goes far beyond excellent service. She puts her heart into what she does, and you can feel it in every little detail. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like we had visited family.

The entire apartment was excellent and exceptionally clean, equipped with all the appliances we could possibly need. The balcony was perfect for relaxing with family and friends. We were pleasantly surprised to find food, water, and wine left for us in the refrigerator—a rare and thoughtful touch that you don't see very often! Mrs. Mirela was incredibly kind, answering all of our questions and providing great recommendations on what to visit in the city and surrounding areas. Communication was flawless right from our very first contact. It is also worth highlighting that our previous booking elsewhere was canceled due to overbooking. Mrs. Mirela was an absolute lifesaver, helping us with a very fast check-in, which was incredibly important since we were traveling with two small kids. We would happily stay here again!
