Widok, klimat, położenie w zacisznym miejscu, bliskość szlaków, bliskość sklepów i restauracji. Kameralność, ponieważ mało apartamentów w budynku jest gotowa do zamieszkania.
Mikroskopijna,, nie do końca wyczyszczona łazienka, ze słabo wydajną wentylacją. Słabej jakości sprzęty i wyposażenie. Remont w budynku trwający codziennie do późnej nocy, w tym w apartamencie poniżej, co skutkuje smrodem farb, żywicy i smrodem papierosów nocującej poniżej ekipy budowlanej. Zapachowi pościeli brakuje świeżości, gdyż maskuje ją skóra barana w pokoju. Warto kontrolować ekipę sprzątającą. Brak zapasowych worków na śmieci, ręczników i papieru toaletowego przy pobycie 6 dniowym. Tabletki do zmywarki - 4 sztuki.

It was a bit inconvenient that there is only one wc, plus quite a small one. Plus, wish there were more dryers in the apartment
