Die Lage ist super, zentral, strandnah, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
In er Wohnung ist ein Teppich ausgelegt der schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und viele Flecken aufweist. Die Spühle zum abwaschen ist nicht dicht, dort benötigt man eine extra Schüssel. Hier und da Löcher in der Einrichtung z..B. Gardine, ein Stuhl ist auch leicht beschädigt an einer Ecke.

Die Lage war super (Strandnähe, Supermarktnähe, LaLandia-Nähe). Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt.
