Well appointed
I couldn’t locate it!!
There was no signage for Porta Bella
I didn’t receive the email with the details about the key in the mailbox
I had an Uber driver driving round and round for 10 minutes
I rang the emergency number twice
Eventually the email was sent again and the lady I spoke to told me where the mailbox with the keys was plus the code.
Even then this info was buried in a link inside the email.
It should be much more prominent
