I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous, supportive, and always willing to help. They responded promptly to all my requests and ensured that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the overall experience even better.
The hotel's location was another major advantage. I booked it at the last moment, and its convenient location made it an excellent choice, with easy access to nearby places and transportation.

While my overall stay was good, I felt the room was quite small for a comfortable stay. Additionally, some basic essential amenities were either missing or insufficient, which could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Providing a more spacious room and ensuring all necessary in-room essentials are available would make the stay much more comfortable.

Light coming through the window. Needed blackout curtains. Also the noise from the streets.
