Prime location! Short .3 mile walk to Eagle Lodge Ski Lift! Recently upgraded 1 bd 1 ba condo sleeps 4 and offers a beautiful forest tree view and views of the Sierra Star golf course.
BUILDING_CONDO LOCATION: Located in the highly desirable Summit Condominiums, our condo is on the 2nd floor of the 3-story Bradley building.
MAX OCCUPANCY: Although maximum occupancy is 4, the condo may be tight with 4 adults. 738 sq ft.
KEY FEATURES: New furniture, wood burning stove, deck with view, fully stocked kitchen, king bed, queen sofa bed, twin bunk bed, 2 Samsung Smart Tv's, 1-car parking in garage and convenient elevator.
CABLE_WIFI: Free cable and WiFi.
SHUTTLE STOP: Free town shuttle right outside building is minutes to the Village, lifts, dining, and activities.
AMENITIES + KEY: Two pools (summer), tennis/PBall, basketball, horseshoes, hot tubs, full gym, sauna, BBQ, laundry. Amenity key location - After you enter the condo and close the door, look at the wall to your left. You will see a wooden key holder. The key is hanging there. Please return the key to the same location.
INTERIOR: Deck is well stocked with firewood. Entire interior has been upgraded with new carpet and paint. The tub/shower room has been completely remodeled. Living room has a wood burning stove, a new 65” Samsung Smart TV, a new La-Z-Boy Queen sofa sleeper, a manual recliner, and two electronic recliners.
GAMES: Books, games, puzzles, cards, and card games for the entire family.
DINING: Dining table can seat up to six.
KITCHEN: Thoughtfully supplied with everything new.
BEDROOM: New king bed and a new 55” Samsung Smart TV.
LAUNDRY FACILITY: Coinless washer and dryer located at the end of the hall on the first floor.
PARKING: Building has designated underground parking for one car. (garage clearance 6'9”). The space is numbered 246.
PARKING PERMIT: Required. The condo has green parking permits located on the cabinet behind the barstools. Please write 246 on the permit and place it on the rear view mirror of your vehicle.
PETS: Very sorry but pets are not allowed.
SMOKING: Not allowed. Entire Summit complex is non-smoking

I really liked this property. Very clean. New and clean kitchen utensils etc. comfortable beds and comfy bunk beds too. Cozy mountain vibe. Close to eagle lodge so very convenient. I’ve stayed at many mammoth properties and this is one I’ll try and stay at again.

We really liked this cabin, it's recently renovated with a lot of care going into every detail. The 10 stars are absolutely justified.
