About this house rental
Beautiful indoors and Outdoors. Luxury showers and bedrooms. Offering 6 acres of privacy. Spacious 2200 sqft open spacious room, perfect for events. Large 2400 sqft Patio, perfect for outdoor events. Plus 700 sqft movie/game room There is plenty room for parking 50 plus cars. Whole house Backup Generator (Generac) to ensure power during your stay‼️ NO SMOKING NO VAPING INDOORS NO PETS
EVENT INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. ITS A SEPARATE CHARGE. Usually under 200.00
We will be available by phone or text to provide technical assistance. And can normally come to help within 30 minutes.
House is located 400 ft from the road. Situated on 6 acres
Guest have access to entire property. There is also a game room offering several games that you will enjoy. We also have a Gazebo. The deck is very large and perfect addition for outdoor entertainment.(SCAN QR CODE for ultimate video of outdoors/indoors).
Whisper Chateau is a beautiful home best suited for most any event. We offer a 48 hour rental….2 night minimum. Typical rentals are Friday 12 noon until Sunday 12 noon which includes reception hall, game room and more. . Use your own vendors. Event insurance is required for all stays.
We do offer weekday getaways and weddings. It’s a 2 night minimum stay. Typical rentals are (Tuesday-Thursday), at reduced rate.
**Weekday rentals DO NOT include Reception Hall. The rates are reduced and DO NOT support events
The reception hall is the main attraction. Enjoy your event and stay overnight in the spacious luxury beautiful bedrooms. Each luxury bathroom offers a unique exciting experience too. Smoking/Vaping is NOT PERMITTED indoors. There is plenty outdoor areas for Smoking/Vaping. NO PETS ALLOWED
There is parking for at least 50 cars.
1 entrance and 2separate exit gates
Requires code for access.

Indoor candles should be contained within a suitable jar or not used at all.

The past weekend, we had our Girls Weekend at Whisper Chateau, and it was absolutely amazing! This was my second time booking the Chateau, and it never disappoints. The host, Jackie, is wonderful—she responds quickly to any requests and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. The house is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and the perfect getaway spot. I just love staying at the Chateau!

When I say this was the best venue I’ve ever stayed in, I truly mean it! I travel all over the world, and after being in more than 15 weddings and attending over 30, no venue even comes close. No long-term stay I’ve ever experienced compares, either.
This place is the ultimate one-stop shop — they’ve thought of everything. From the incredible views and immaculate attention to detail to the whole-house sound system, nostalgic game room, and smart technology throughout, it’s perfection.
And let’s talk about the hosts — Jackie and John are truly second to none. Their hospitality takes this experience to another level. I’m recommending this venue to everyone I know for events, retreats, or getaways. It can do it all.
Can’t wait to come back!

Whisper Chateau was the perfect venue for our family reunion!
The property is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. With over 100 people attending, we were amazed at how comfortable everyone felt. There are so many different areas both inside and outside the house to entertain guests—plenty of room for kids to run around, adults to relax, and everyone to gather together.
The game room and movie room were a huge hit with all ages. Kids and adults alike had an amazing time!
The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with, which made planning and communication a breeze.
We highly recommend Whisper Chateau for any large gathering—it truly exceeded our expectations.
