Property was a townhouse not single property as expected but that was not a big deal to us. Someone with smaller , louder kids might want more distance between them and neighbors.There was people in neighbor property with kids outside screaming until 1am our last night which was not ideal for sleep and an early am flight but not something controllable by owner and can happen anywhere. The house was well maintained. Litterally everything you might want or need there. Dishes, pots, pans, washer, dryer, margarita moxer, coffee pots and much more. The host Bill was very nice and communication was the best I have ever experienced with VBRO, Homeaway or Air B&B. Beds are all comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 teens and it was perfect for us woth plenty of room for more. Our teens loved the PS5 and infinity table. Pool was warm. Hot tub was lovley afyer a long day. Host made check in and check out very easy. Would reccomend and we will likley check for availability for next trip.

This was the perfect place for a short weekend trip. Very clean and well maintained and the house looked just like the pictures. The entire process was very easy and there was great communication with the owner. While we didn’t get to use it, it was nice having the pool heated which isn’t usually offered with all rentals. We also loved the game table as it kept us entertained for the weekend! Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!!
