Space was very clean. Living room is quite bare furniture-wise but it worked for us. Bed was very comfortable and shower worked fine for us. It does get bright early in the summer and the blinds are not blackout so be prepared to bring an eye mask. There were no appliances downstairs which I didn't realize or plan for (my bad) but Sharif allowed us to use their fridge and microwave upstairs which was helpful.

The host was very kind and quiet. The basement was extremely cold. So I was grateful there was a heater in the room at least. My only real issue was the cold showers I had to take during my stay. There wasn’t any hot water, in the afternoon or morning. Kinda rough. But other than that it was nice.
