We’ll provide you with an access key code on the day of your arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Please make sure you have received the code before you travel. If you haven’t received this before setting off, please contact us. There`s nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!
We are available via phone 24/7 for any of your needs. Our local property manager is available for emergencies. Feel free to reach out to us anytime!
Centrally located in Pinellas County, easy access to all of the beaches, St Pete Clearwater Airport, Tampa and St Petersburg
Pool/Beach Towels beach chairs and umbrella are available for use. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.
For the kids: We have a pack n play, games, coloring books and a few toddler toys.
Pool Heat: $25 per day. Pool settings are all scheduled ahead of time. When purchased, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temp drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Pets: We are pet friendly (Dogs Only) Bring your fur baby for a relaxing vacation! Maximum 2 dogs only for $125 fee per stay.
Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the house or outside on the patio or within 25ft of the home. A fee of $500 for Ozone cleaning will be charged.
Guest is required to sign Renter Agreement
No third-party bookings allowed.
Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old
No smoking / No parties or events. Additional fee of $500 will be charged if smoking (of any kind) in home or outside near an open door or window.
Quiet time is between 10pm - 9am

All cancellations are subject to a management fee up to 3%

Was a great place to stay!! Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do!! The pool was great!

The pictures of this place make it look way nicer than what it really is. Location was a little sketchy. The master bedroom window didn't lock. Luckily my husband checked the propane tank for the grill before making dinner the first night because it was completely empty so we had to go fill it. The pool is decent size and not too cold since it gets full sun all day long so that was nice.
