JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!

Perfect place for a couple guys for one night stop on our way south for a golf trip. Quick/cheap uber ride to restaurants/town and very clean house!

That level of responsiveness made the entire process stress-free, especially when coordinating arrival times.The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. One practical note for future guests: parking is somewhat limited, so larger groups with multiple vehicles may need to plan accordingly.Overall, this rental is a great option for anyone visiting the Wake Forest area. Its combination of location, cleanliness, and attentive management makes it a solid and dependable choice.
