Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 105 m² house with sea view in Locmariaquer, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An additional shower
- A separate WC
Upstairs:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 with double beds (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 with a single bed
- A bathroom with bathtub

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
