I have stayed in luxury rental homes all over the world and while this one is very nice, some thoughtful touches and re-organization is definitely in order.Every home has had pantry staples: coffee, tea bags, bottled water, many even have milk or cream, a welcome bottle of wine along with a light snack. This house, had absolutely nothing except EVOO, salt and pepper. No coffee, no tea, nothing. So if you want to eat or have coffee in the morning make sure you stop at the grocery store before you arrive.The kitchen is not user friendly unless you just want coffee (bring your own) because items are randomly spread out in odd locations (why aren’t coffee cups located above the coffee maker instead of 7 cabinets away by the stove?)Bring your own tissues, there are none. My biggest suggestion is install a landline. L The cell service is extremely sporadic s d we had a medical emergency. None of our cell phones could dial out. Finding the ER in the pitch black with limited cell service was extremely difficult and could’ve been alleviated had a landline been available.

If I could rate with 10 stars, I would. Accuracy of the listing was spot on. We could not have picked a better location or home if we tried. From the spacious kitchen and bedrooms, to the beautiful and private grounds, we were thrilled with all of the attention to detail. Our host, Sergei, was very accommodating and answered any questions we might’ve had. We will definitely be back to this property on future stays.

Wow! What an amazing pad! The house & guest house were spotless and the grounds were amazingly beautiful! Our group had a conference down the street, and since we rarely get to see each other outside a zoom call we elected to ger a spot together. Im SOOO glad we went with this spot. Plenty of room for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other. If you have a large family or work group I would highly recommend this spot!Thanks again!

The house is beautiful, it has views to the neighbors vineyard which is amazing. Sergei was nice and friendly, he gave us the opportunity to do early check in. Unfortunately the kitchen doesn't count with basics like a blender. Wine cups, silverware and plates were not for ten people, it was all mixed so I ran to Home Goods to buy these items. If you don't want to cook it's ok. The only other issue was that a lot of rooms don't have curtains, so no privacy at all. Also one of my friends that stayed at the guest house told me that their room door wasn't working so he used a chair to block it. I really wish to be able to put more stars but I do believe it is important to have at least everything ready for ten guests. One more suggestion, having a dining table for ten people in the outdoor would be nice. The outdoor patio and kitchen are perfect. Here some photos of my birthday dinner.
