Welcome to The Perch-your elevated lakefront retreat on Cheniere Lake. Relax on the deck, fire up the grill, or cast a line and catch a fish—all just steps from the back door. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or outdoor adventure, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect setting for families and friends to relax, recharge, and explore the great outdoors. Need to work while you are here? We’ve got fast WiFi, charging stations, and plenty of spaces to connect.
The Space
Enjoy your morning coffee on the open deck as ducks, turtles, and songbirds pass by. Inside, relax in a comfortable space with thoughtful touches throughout.
Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 – King bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and large closet
• Bedroom 2 – King bed, smart TV
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with lake views
• Bedroom 4 – Full bed with lake views
Portable crib and queen air mattress available upon request
Bathrooms:
• Hall bath with tub/shower combo
• En suite bath with walk-in shower (no tub)
Living & Dining:
• Open living area with smart TV, fast WiFi, and dedicated workspace
• Extra table for dining or card games, toy chest, board games and card games for all ages
• Galley kitchen stocked with essentials, including Keurig K-Supreme Plus, tea kettle, & a traditional drip coffee maker
• Washer & dryer in laundry/mud room with drying rack, iron & ironing board, and detergent provided. Bag chairs and cooler bag are located in mud room.

• Spacious open deck with nature views

Please note: The Perch is an elevated home and requires guests to climb stairs to enter and exit. Children and guests needing assistance must be supervised at all times outdoors. The property is directly on the lake and not fenced.
